Capitol Theatre

The beautiful and historic Capitol Theatre is host to some of the best world class musicals, theatre, ballet, concerts and performers. Built in 1892, its architecture and style is a spectacle on its own and is only complimented by the amazing performances that are constantly showing.

The Capitol Theatre is just a few minutes walk down Pitt Street from ibis Sydney World Square.

Sydney Tower Eye

At 250 metres above street level, Sydney Tower Eye is a great place to see Sydney and be captivated by stunning views of our city. Get a good bird’s eye perspective of Sydney on the Skywalk and, if you are brave enough, step onto the glass bottom floor over the edge of the tower.

If that’s a little too adrenalin-filled for you, then there is always the option to dine in the revolving restaurants. With amazing views and modern Australian cuisine, it is a fantastic way to experience Sydney at its best.

Central Station

Central Railway Station built in 1906 is Sydney's major transport hub. Located a five- minute walk away from ibis Sydney World Square, it allows the ability to move easily around the City and access Sydney Airport in no time.

QVB

The Queen Victoria Building is a 19th Century Shopping centre with glorious stained glass windows and architecture that endures throughout the building. Built in the 1890s, the grand building was originally constructed as a market, but today houses over 180 of Sydney's finest fashion boutiques, jewellery shops and homewares. The QVB occupies an entire city block on George Street and is one of Sydney's most prestigious shopping centres. It is also well worth a visit and easy to get to from ibis Sydney World Square. You will arrive after just a ten-minute walk up George Street.
